Ad Library by Voxus has one primary purpose: to save ads with one click, organize them into folders, and share them with your team.

We created this platform to deliver real, practical value to media and marketing teams by solving problems related to organizing and sharing creative references. We believe advertising inspiration should be easy to access and collaborative.

2. What Data We Collect

To provide the best possible experience and functionality on our platform, we securely collect and process the following information:

2.1. Personal Identification Information

• Email address: Requested when you create your account and used exclusively for identification, system access (login), and essential service-related communications, such as password reset emails.

2.2. Authentication Information

• Passwords: Required to protect access to your account. Your passwords are encrypted and securely stored by our infrastructure providers (Supabase), and Voxus never has access to your password in plain text.

2.3. Web Content (via Browser Extension)

When you use our browser extension to save ads from official ad libraries (Facebook, Google, and LinkedIn), we collect, at your direct request, data from public advertisements:

• Text: Headlines, descriptions, and the advertiser name from the saved ad.
• Images and Videos: Media contained in the saved ad, including images or links to videos.
• Hyperlinks: The ad's destination URL and the URL of the page from which it was saved.

Note: Our extension only captures this information within the scope of ads for which you proactively click the "Save" button, and it is strictly limited to the official pages of the supported ad libraries.

3. How We Use Data

Identification and authentication information is used solely to provide you with secure, private access to the system.

The web content collected is used exclusively to populate your personal and team ad library, allowing you to organize and share saved ads freely. We do not sell or share this creative data with third parties.

4. Security

We handle your information responsibly. We implement cloud infrastructure best practices to keep your email address and password secure, including encrypted communication (HTTPS) throughout the system.

5. Data Retention

We retain your Personal Information only for as long as your account remains active or as necessary to provide Ad Library by Voxus services. When data is no longer needed for the purposes for which it was collected, it will be securely deleted.
